Project Delivery and Specifications

However, software development is inherently complex and may encounter unforeseen technical challenges. User Obligations and Responsibilities

Maintenance and Support

Lorvian Technologies provides maintenance and support services as specified in individual service agreements. Support may include bug fixes, security updates, and minor feature enhancements. Major feature additions or architectural changes may require separate agreements.

Termination

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend service delivery in situations including but not limited to non-payment, breach of contract, or violation of these terms. Clients may terminate projects according to the terms specified in their individual service agreements. Your right to use Lorvian Technologies services will immediately end upon termination.

Limitations of Liability

Despite any damages you might sustain from software issues, Lorvian Technologies and all of its suppliers are only liable for the amount you paid for the software development services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lorvian Technologies and its providers will never be liable for any software failures, data loss, business interruption, or consequential damages of any kind arising from or in any way connected with the use of software solutions we develop.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for software-related damages, therefore some of the aforementioned restrictions might not apply. In these jurisdictions, liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Software Warranties and Disclaimers

Dispute Resolution

Amendments
